A video of a rocket attack made on Sederot, Israel. These "home-made" rockets are quite deadly, and are aimed at killing, injuring, maiming and destroying the lives of the civilian residents of this city.

Here are some good news for the people of Sderot:

Israeli security sources and top IOF military officers acknowledged that the armed wing of Hamas, the Qassam Brigades, was rapidly developing its military capabilities and upgrading its missiles that became more accurate in hitting the target.

Being able to precisely hit military targets (and perhaps a few Zionist leaders), would greatly improve the security for the civilian population in Israel.

What makes you so certain that the civilians would still not be the main targets of more accurate weapons? I very much fear that more accurate weapons would mean more direct hits on outdoor markets and daycare centers (God forbid).
