President Obama's National Security Adviser, Jim Jones told the following joke, where he received lots of laughs from the audience...Is it appropriate for the national security adviser of the United States to tell jokes about miserly Jewish merchants? Do you think he would have made a joke about an African American?

I suppose some people would argue that the joke is anti-Semitic-- and some would say its not, But the fact is-- it could be taken that way-- and was insensitive. And I do agree-- if a similar joke had been made about an African-American-- there would have been a termendous uproar!

Not sure of his intent but it was definitly off color for a national figure to be making jokes about any ethnic or religious group.
Three slaps to the head and a two week suspension.

I'm thinking it's a distant early warning of what Israel can expect throughout Barack's regime.

Early? More like a symptom. The warnings go back to when we first heard about Rev. Wright.

I agree Yaakov. Obama was groomed by the best...I'm sure his mentor is very proud of him.

yaakov, you're correct. I had forgotten.
It makes me think of those who voted for Barack. I wonder whether they enjoy looking at themselves in the mirror.

This falls into the category of "what was he thinking"... I'm not amused.
